I've always been a mascara and lipstick kind of girl but of late, my skin's been dry and doesn’t have that supple feel that it used to. It used to look as great as hers does!
Yes, I’ve been ignoring the fact that pollution, stress and the environment might be acting against me so I think it’s about time I decided to wake up and re-hydrate!
So my hunt began, one moisturiser after the next, and I was still unable to find my suitor!
Not to mention my dressing table was beginning to throw a bit of a fuss and demanded that there just wasn’t enough space for yet another cream that I believed would save my skin from its misery.
Down in the dumps, I listened to my mum rant on about how I should have listened to her and taken my vitamins all along.
That’s when it hit me. Vitamins were exactly what I needed!
A little bit of research and a trip to The Body Shop had me ecstatic. Could I have really come across my miracle moisturiser?
Nestled in my hands was an entire range of The Body Shop's vitamin E range. The vitamin E is sourced from nature and includes wheatgerm oil, extracted from wheat kernels, as it's one of the richest natural sources of vitamin E.
Ridding my dressing table of its misery, I displayed nothing but my shiny new range of baby pink bottles.
Ever since I’ve started, here’s what my beauty regime has been like. Feel free to do the same, I can guarantee it feels great!

I have to start and end my day with this cleanser. It makes me feel super radiant!
